Absences and Attendance There are no refunds or deductions for missed classes. Good attendance is imperative to a child's progress. Anyone who misses more than two classes between January and May will not be allowed to participate in recital as we will be working on recital routines during this time. Also, please make sure students are ON TIME for class.
Accounts To avoid a $10 late fee your entire account balance must be paid in full by the 1st of each month. Students will not be allowed to participate in classes if their account has a past due balance of 2 months tuition. Accounts not paid in FULL at the time of recital will not be allowed to participate in recital. There will be a $25 charge added to returned checks. If you feel as though we are in error on your account, please let us know, and we will resolve the matter.
Student Withdrawl If you chose to withdraw your child from dance at anytime, you MUST complete a withdrawal form and file it with the office. If you fail to complete this form, we will continue to bill your account, and you will be responsible for payment.
Dance Attire READ CLOSELY!
Dancers MUST wear dance attire - leotards, tights, jazz pants, hot shorts, sports bra, etc. - to every class. T-shirts and shorts are not considered dance clothes. Dancers must also wear appropriate dance shoes. FOR BALLET CLASS, students must wear a black leotard, footed pink tights, and ballet shoes. Hair should be secured from the face in all classes and should be in a bun with bangs pinned back for ballet. Dancers who are not in appropriate dance attire will not be allowed to participate in class. Drop Off and Pick Up Students should not be brought to the studio more than 10 minutes before their class and should be picked up immediately after class. Prompt pick up is especially important for the last class time of each night. Please enter and exit through the lobby. Parents are responsible for supervising all their children who are not in class while in the dance studio. Please talk to your children about keeping the waiting room and restrooms clean. Please remember to supervise your children at all times, for their safety and out of consideration for others. Weather Policy In the event of severe weather, classes may be cancelled. In the event of Madison County school closings due to inclement weather, classes will be cancelled. Closings will be posted on the answering machine and the news.

Visitors are NOT allowed inside the room other times of the year in order to minimize distractions. Parents may wait in the lobby or drop off dancers and pick them up after class.
